🔁 Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement window from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:
Eligible Cases:
Product is damaged, defective, or not working.
Product is different from what was ordered.
Missing accessories or parts in the package.
All claims must be supported with:
Unboxing video
Clear photos of the issue
Original invoice
🧾 Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging must be returned.
❌ Non-Returnable Products
As per Indian eCommerce rules, certain products are not eligible for return, including:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Consumables, software, or items sold in sealed packaging if opened.
Products sold under clearance sale or marked non-returnable on the product page.
📦 Return Process
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp/email within 7 days of delivery.
Provide:
Order ID
Issue details
Unboxing video/photos
Our support team will verify the claim and arrange a pickup (if applicable).
Upon successful verification and pickup, a replacement will be dispatched.
🔁 Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless:
A replacement is not possible due to product unavailability.
Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
