Dispatch time
We dispatch orders the same day when they are confirmed on a working day (Monday to Saturday, during working hours). Orders placed on Sunday, on a public holiday or after working hours are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city and pincode. Remote locations may take longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send you the courier name and a tracking link by SMS or email. You can also use the Track Order link on our website.
Payment
We accept online payments only (UPI, cards and netbanking). Cash on Delivery is not available.
If you are not available
The courier will try to deliver your order more than once. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and we will contact you.
Damaged or wrong parcel
Please record an unboxing video when you open the parcel. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
